A campaign to improve the wages and working conditions of Fringe staff alongside the people who work it
The Edinburgh Fringe Festival is one of the greatest events on earth.
It's made that way by its workers, who spend weeks putting up with low pay and gruelling conditions while events companies make massive profits from the creativity, enjoyment and hard work of people from all over the world.
Those companies make enough money for everyone they employ to be treated with respect and paid a decent, living wage. We're organising to make sure that happens. Join us, and fight for a fair deal for fringe workers.
We're asking Fringe employers to sign up to a charter for Fringe workers - these are the basic rights you deserve at work.
